The Richmond County Board of Advocates has as its mission to improve the quality of life for people with a psychiatric disability.  The Beach Raft Fund is available for people to indulge their passions and participate in enjoyable activity that will aid in recovery.  Applications are reviewed by board members to determine if the request meets guidelines for activity that will improve quality of life and aid in reintegration to community life. Decisions are a made on a first submitted, first reviewed basis, until allocated funds are exhausted. $250.00 per person limit, one per calendar year.

Residents of Richmond County only and with financial need.
